What to expect

If face to face sessions aren’t feasible, we can offer online training sessions.

Online training mitigates the need for travel and additional expenses.

On our training you will learn about:

  • What is a disability.

  • Barriers disabled persons face and solutions to them.

  • Good disability etiquette.

  • Best ways to communicate with disabled persons.

  • Disability from a personal perspective.

  • How to improve disability access and inclusion.

We can also offer training on :

  • Understanding disability legislation and legal responsibilities.

  • The social model of disability.

  • Inclusive recruitment practices.

  • Become a disability employment champion.

  • How to attract and retain disabled customers.
